Journey to Millwall, located in the Isle of Dogs area, is part of the Meeting in Millwall mission in Fallout London. The following walkthrough explains how to get to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel, how to properly go through the tunnel and deal with ghouls, and where to find Yvette in Millwall.

The start of the journey to Millwall
You will learn about the necessity to find Yvette in Millwall at the headquarters of the Vagabonds faction, i.e. in the Swan & Mitre location. Blind Nelson will send you to look for Yvette and you will learn that you must go north.
Before you set out, equip yourself with a supply of Rad-X and RadAway, as well as medicines and ammunition for good firearms (e.g. for a shotgun or a rifle).
Reaching the entrance to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel
Head north. You need to reach the Greenwich Foot Tunnel South building as shown in screenshot 1. You will find a green door here.
You will need to pass through a tunnel running under the River Thames. This will allow you to get to the northern location of the Isle of Dogs, where your destination is - Millwall.
Near the entrance to the tunnel you'll find Cutty Sark, a ship with a turret and strong enemies. It is best to avoid it by keeping a safe distance and focus on reaching the tunnel.
Crossing the Greenwich Foot Tunnel
Turn on your flashlight and go down the spiral staircase. Be prepared for 2 things:
- Radiation- take Rad-X after coming close to irradiated water. You have to go through a partially flooded tunnel, so you will be in constant contact with contaminated water.
- Ghouls - we recommend using a shotgun or a rifle to eliminate them. Keep the ghouls at a distance and don't let them surround you.
Go north. You need to dive for a moment in the spot shown in the screenshot. Swim north to emerge from the water and move further.
While crossing the tunnel, you will stop approximately halfway. A cutscene will play where the tunnel will be flooded.
After you pick yourself up from the ground, more ghouls will appear. Be ready to eliminate them.
Keep heading north and you will reach Greenwhich Foot Tunnel North. More Mittenlurk monsters may hatch here.
We recommend using the spiral stairs as quickly as possible, reaching the top and then going up to the surface in the place shown in the screenshot. You will now be in the northern area.
The final part of the journey to Millwall
Continue heading north towards the mission objective marker. Along the way, you will meet several members of the Isle of Dogs Syndicate, but they won't attack you unless provoked.
Yvette stands outside the Syndicate prison and talking to her will allow you to advance further in the Meeting in Millwall quest.
