After joining the Vagabonds gang, you will have to complete three quests for them related to the war against Isle of Dogs Syndicate. On this page of the guide we have described how to complete the Arms Race quest, get to the weapons warehouse, steal weapons and blow up the building.

After joining the Vagabonds, you will go to a meeting during which you will plan a war against the Isle of Dogs Syndicate. You receive three quests from high-ranking Vagabonds, thanks to which you can deal a blow to the enemy organization. One of them is the Arms Race quest given by Anthony, during which you have to infiltrate the Syndicate's weapons warehouse and blow up the building. Starting the task
You can start the task in the Swan & Miter pub, after you have fully joined the Vagabonds gang - you must first provide Sebastian with a pin proving that you killed a Syndicate officer. There will be a war meeting during which you and the Vagabonds officers will start planning a conflict with the Syndicate. You must complete three quests from officers - one of them is the Arms Race given by Anthony.
Your main goal is to get to the weapons warehouse and plant a bomb there to blow up the building. An optional objective is to open the warehouse from the inside before destroying it, allowing the Vagabonds to steal weapons and rearm before the final battle with the Syndicate.
How to get the access card?
To get inside the warehouse, you need an access card, which you must insert into the reader next to the entrance door. You can get it in two ways:
- Deliver the materials to Valentina - this method is described on a separate page of the guide. The card from Valentina will disable the defense systems inside the warehouse, making the battle inside much easier.
- Take the card from a guard - the guards in front of the warehouse have regular access cards that do not deactivate the defense systems.
Battle in the weapons warehouse
Inside the warehouse you must face many members of the Syndicate. During the battle, it is best to crouch behind the counter in the lobby of the building, where you will be protected from bullets and can shoot at enemies at the same time. Don't hide in the small room in the lobby - there are no covers there, so enemies won't have problems with dealing you damage. It is also worth using explosives here, because there are a lot of enemies and they stay in groups.
Letting the Vagabonds in
After getting rid of the enemies, you can plant the bomb, but the optional objective is very simple, so it's worth doing it - approach the door blocked with a chain at the back of the building and remove the chain. The Vagabonds will enter the building and arm themselves - now you just have to wait until they leave. During this time you can search the building. There is a lot of ammunition in the crates that the Vagabonds will search. On the shelf under one of the cash registers you will find a key to a closet nearby, but there is nothing particularly interesting inside - just some crafting parts and Nuka-Cola.
Blowing up the building
Once the Vagabonds leave the building, you can destroy the warehouse. Enter the room full of barrels and place the bomb on one of them - the appropriate place is highlighted and you must interact with it to plant the bomb. After the sabotage is completed, quickly exit the building through the front door and sprint away - if you are too close to the building when it explodes, you will die. You can now return to Swan & Miter and report back to Anthony.
Completing the quest
When you return, talk to Anthony. Sebastian will be furious with you if you stole the weapons, but he will calm down when he finds out that you also blew up the warehouse. This will complete the quest - you will receive experience and a laser rifle as a reward.
