Fallout London: How to get leader letters?
The Hear Ye, Hear Ye task in Fallout London will force you to perform tasks for four London district leaders. However, this tedious task can be significantly accelerated. On this page of the guide, we'll tell you where to find the letters of each leader, which will be used to forge signatures.
Last update:
In the Hear Ye, Hear Ye quest, your task will be to collect signatures from the leaders of four London boroughs. To get them, you will have to gain their trust, which involves a rather long series of quests carried out in different parts of the map. Fortunately, there is an easier and faster way to complete the mission. On this page of the guide, we will show you how to forge the leaders' signatures using their letters, and we will also tell you where to look for them.

Conversation with Clifford
After receiving the Hear Ye, Hear Ye quest, Immediately after completing the Lay of the Land (which we have described in detail on this page of the guide), four markers leading to each of the district leaders will appear in your journal. These regions are:
- Camden;
- Hackney;
- Islington;
- Lambeth.

However, an additional, optional tag will also appear. It leads to a man named Clifford who hangs out in a café near the gates of Parliament. Go there.

After a short conversation with the man, you'll learn that Clifford works as a forger and, for a fee, can help you forge the signatures of district leaders. To do this, however, he will need samples. The forger will suggest you acquire letters written by each of the leaders.

Please remember that this option for completing the task involves rather high costs. Clifford will charge increasingly higher prices for each forged signature:
- First - 100 tickets;
- Second - 250 tickets;
- Third - 500 tickets;
- Fourth - 1,000 tickets.
The whole undertaking will therefore cost you a staggering 1,850 tickets. However, nothing forces you to forge all signatures. You can safely decide to use Clifford's services only in some cases, and you can obtain the remaining signatures "legally" by completing the leader's mission. Giving up even one forgery will enable you to save on the huge fee for the last signature.
Where can I find Apache Alice's letter (Camden)?

Alice is the leader of the Pistols, an anarchist faction that controls the Cambridge district. The district itself is located in the north-west of the map and is a separate instance, which you can get to by going through the Mornington Crescent Underground Station tunnels.

Once you get to Camdem, head to the Cyberfox bar, which is located at the northern border of the district. Go inside, go through the first corridor, then down the stairs to the left.

Turn right and go forward until you reach another staircase leading down.

At the lowest floor, turn left. On the opposite side of the room you will finally come across the black-haired Alice. You can talk to her about the Pistols and the side quest, but if you're just here for the letter, note the four-poster bed next to the leader.

Climb onto the furniture and look through the gap between the curtains (heading towards Alice). You will notice two beer bottles. The letter you are looking for will be stuck in the neck of one of them. Hitting the rolled-up piece of paper with your scope requires some precision, so try to hit the document perfectly (picking up the bottle will be considered theft).
Taking any of the letters, even in front of their authors or other NPCs, will not be considered theft and will not arouse the wrath of the local community.
Where can I find Prince Pete Davies' letter (Hackney)?

Your next stop will be the Hackney district, which you have already had the opportunity to visit during the Heavenslayer mission. Go to a place known as The Shoppe - headquarters of the Roundels gang led by one Pete Davies.

Once you reach the hideout, head for the stairs located at the back of the room. Enter the small room. Inside you will find Pete, currently suffering from withdrawal.

On top of the chest of drawers against the wall you will find a letter written by the leader. After obtaining the document, you may safely leave the building.
Where can I find Miller's letter (Islington)?

The headquarters of the dangerous Miller, Charter House, is in Islington. The district is located between Hackney and Camden. You may remember that you already had the opportunity to visit it while searching for Angel Lab in one of the previous main story quests.

Enter the building's courtyard and then approach the tent where Miller is sitting. To the left of the structure you will find a sofa with a camouflaged lever next to it. Interact with it.

Moving the lever will open a secret compartment in a nearby wall. On one of the shelves you will find a letter written by Miller.
If you start the Roundels questline in Hackney, Miller's men roaming the streets will be hostile towards you and will attack you on sight. However, gang members stationed at Islington Charter House should not react in any way to your presence.
Where can I find Chief Roach's letter (Lambeth)?

The last point of interest is Brickton in the Lambeth district. This place is located on the main map of London, more specifically on its southern edge.

After reaching the camp of the sect ruled by Chief Roach, head to one of the wooden huts located in the center of the settlement.

Inside you will find a small altar with a cattle skull. Tucked into one of her eye sockets will be a rolled-up letter written by Roach.
How to forge signatures?

Armed with the letters from the leaders, return to Clifford, who is hanging out at the café. After a short conversation, the man will ask you to choose the person whose signature he will forge. Select the appropriate option.

After a short animation and a funny monologue, Clifford will give you a forged signature, and the mission objective related to it will be completed. Clifford will also demand payment which will remove the appropriate number of tickets from your inventory.
