Praxis Kits Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Guide

Praxis Kit provides you with one point that can be used for developing your character and buying upgrades. You receive such a kit every time you reach a new character level. Praxis kit looks like hacking software, but it has unique yellow color. There aren't many Praxis kits available in the game world, so the list isn't long. You can look for Praxis since the beginning of the game in order to quickly improve your character.

#1 - Koller's Hideout
The first kit can be found in Koller's hideout (M5,10). He has a hidden room to which you can get by walking behind the small painting (you must crouch) at the wall, next to the elevator. There you will find a room filled with gas, but you should be able to quickly turn the valve before you are poisoned. You must open the safe (security level 3). Inside you will find the Praxis kit.
#2 - Tars the merchant in Zelen
Early in the game, when you reach southern Prague, near your house you will find Tars the merchant (M4,6). He has two Praxis kits for sell, but they cost 10,000 credits each.
#3 -TF29 headquarters - Infirmary
In the infirmary (M7,11) in TF29 headquarters (where you will get during the main quest) you can find Praxis in the closet, inside the white-red container.
#4 - Palisade Property Bank
The place with another Praxis kit is Palisade Bank in northern Prague. It is hidden in a locked safe on the lower floor of the building (Executive Safes B section) (M12,31). It is heavily guarded - first you must take care of the cameras and guards so that you can freely reach the kit.
The kit is inside the closed safe positioned perpendicularly to the rest. The code for the lock is 0310.
#5 - CEO Office in Palisade Property Bank
On the top floor of Palisade Property Bank there is the CEO office (M12,40). There is a hidden stash behind the wall. To unlock the entrance, you need to move white prisms found on the table near the northern wall so they will complete the structure. Click to move them, hold the button to rotate. Before you there has to be one block, two on the left and three on the right, only then the path will be unlocked. You can also use the ventilation shaft in this room to reach the secret area.
Inside the hidden area, you'll find an eBook, Breach software, with the main dish in the safe - Praxis Kit (and a Triangle Code). The safe is hidden behind the only painting on the wall.
#6 - Hideout Above the LIMB Clinic
Above the Limb Clinic (M3,40) you will find a small hideout with valuable contents... In order to reach it, you need to have the Klipspringer Jump Mod, Remote Hacking will also be useful. The clinic is connected to a neighboring building by an arch - you need to jump onto it to reach the ventilation shaft, inside of which you can find the hideout. In order to do that, slide out of an awning in a neighboring building using Remote Hacking, and jump onto it. From there, you will reach the arch by using the Jump mod.
#7 - Police Warehouse in The Utulek Complex
In Golem City, you will find the first Praxis kit in a small police warehouse (restricted zone) (M15,6). To get inside, you can, for example, use the ventilation shaft(M15,5), or just use the code 2223 to open the door. Praxis is behind the next door opposite the main entrance (code: 6123) in a red and white medical chest.
#8 - Deliver the Golden Penguin to the Rookery
In the location (M15,7) there is a golden penguin figurine, with a crown. Carry it to Slums(M17,15), by crossing the Throat to Slums carrying the figurine with you.
Put the figurine in a specially prepared place between the rest of the penguins in a secret corridor. When you put the figurine on the throne, a hiding place behind the throne will open, containing a Praxis kit.
#9 - Rucker's Safe
You'll meet Talos Rucker personally in M7 task, after crossing Utulek complex. After the confrontation and Rucker's death, you'll be able to ransack his the goods in his office (M19,3). Gain access to the closed side room (the door can be shot/blasted - or you can use Rucker's card found in his desk), and hack the safe. Inside, you'll find a Praxis kit and a Triangle Code.
#10 - Tai Yong Medical Vault (Versa Life)
To access this vault you need to acquire a VersaLife card. The keycard can be acquired during The Heist. Praxis Kit can be found inside the locked safe. To unlock the safe (similarly to the other two) you need to pass through the fan in the Parking Lot (M14,14) by the Palisade Property Bank
#11 - Allison Stanek's Room
This Praxis Kit can only be acquired if you chose to proceed with Confronting the Bomb Maker, and meet with Allison Stanek in Church of the MachineGod (M23,20). Once the conversation is over, you can jump to the mezzanine, and find a medical kit with a Praxis Kit inside.
#12 - Theatre, Nikoladze's Office
Theater in the Red Light District will be unlocked and available for exploring (on a side note - full of mobsters) once you return to Prague from The Utulek Complex (following The Rucker Extraction). You have to go through the whole theatre, descend to the cellars (level one) where Radich Nikoladze's office can be found. Inside, there is a hidden safe behind a red wall fragment - Praxis Kit is inside.
#13 - Viktor Marchenko
Another one of Praxis Kits can be looted from the body of Viktor Marchenko (M25,10) in the last encounter in the game (but only if you didn't saved the delegates earlier, which allows you to move after defeating the boss). It won't be much use in this final phase of the game, but you can spend it on acquiring/upgrading some ability to, for example, unlock additional achievement connected with developing your character, if you still haven't acquired it (for example, Humanity+)
