Fade to Black - side quest Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Guide

You will have a chance to unlock this quest during your second visit in Prague, during the final part of Checking out the men in charge After leaving the NSN device, Jensen will go back to Miller's office (M7,3), and come across doctor Delara Auzenne. During the conversation, you will learn about the missing of Vince Black who worked undercover. She will ask you to investigate what happened to Black, and you will have to accept her request.

Mission objectives
1. OBLIGATORY -Search Vince Black's office - investigate Black's computer in TF29 facility (M7,16).
2. OBLIGATORY -Meet Vince Black's informant - The informant is Dobromila Novakova and you can meet her in Red Lantern district (M20,2).
3. OBLIGATORY - Go to the meeting spot - The meeting spot is in south Prague (M2,17).
4. OBLIGATORY - Wait for Dobromila - Wait for Dobromila at the courtyard.
5. OBLIGATORY - Get info from Dobromila - you can purchase pieces of information or give Dobromila the train ticket.
6. OBLIGATORY - Read the map - read your map in the inventory.
7. OBLIGATORY - Investigate Vlasta's locker - His locker is in the north part of Prague (M3,12). You must kill, bribe or negotiate with Vlasta.
8. OBLIGATORY - Find Vince Black's apartment - the apartment is not far from Red Lantern district (M3,13).
Investigate Vince Black's cabinet
Vince Black's office is on the second level of TF29, next to organized crime department (M7,16). The computer in his office has a second degree security but you can type in the password: ORIGAMI1970 (you can obtain it in IT room). Read both e-mails and listen to another conversation with Delara Auzenne. You will receive 350 exp. points.
BEFORE you exit the office, you should collect the Train Ticket presented in the screenshot - it may come in handy later.
Meet Vince Black's informant
Head to the Red Queen club, located in Red Lantern district in north Prague. Reach the top floor and go to the balcony (M20,2). Here, you will meet Dobromila Novakova. You can tell her that you are looking for Vince (left dialogue option) or pretend to be him (right dialogue option), but the result will be the same. You will receive 350 exp. points and Dobromila will ask Jensen to meet her in a more private place.
Get info from Dobromila
Your next objective is south Prague. You will meet Dobromila in the courtyard (M2,17) in the north part of the map (350 exp. points). Talk with her and again. There are two ways to obtain information from her: you can pay 350 credits or give her the train ticket that you found previously in Vince's office. You will get another 350 exp. points and a map. Open the inventory, open story items tab and find Dobromila's Map (see screenshot). This will allow you establish where Vlasta's locker is (350 exp. points).
Remember -you can skip this step if you know where the locker is and go straight to this location.
Investigate Vlasta's locker
Get back to the north part of Prague where the locker is (M3,12). The garage door has a three degree security, but you can use code 2565. Investigate the picture on the wall, as there is a switch behind it. Activate it to unlock a hidden passage.
There is Olivie Devos in the locker, and if you talk to her, you will find out that she is there because Vlasta can smuggle her to Rabi'ah. Olivie will give you information concerning the last place where Black was seen. (350 exp. points).
Vlasta will also appear in the locker. Choosing the left or right dialogue option will lead to a fight with him and two of his thugs. Take down Vlasta quickly and take cover behind creates. Eliminate his men, but be careful as there are more of them outside. You can use the secret passage and attack them, or use the air shaft. You will exit the shaft far away from the locker where you will be able to leave the location safely (bonus for using the shaft is 200 exp. points).
Remember - Choosing the aggressive approach will get Olivie killed, or not being transported to Rabi'ah at best.
It's much better to suggest a peaceful solution (upper dialogue option). The default way to do that is to pay Vlasta 1800 credit bribe.
If you have a dialectical upgrade, you will be able to use persuasion (press the right button). Once the conversation continues, choose left dialogue options, which is putting pressure on Vlasta (Omega personality). Vlasta will let Jensen to walk away and will promise to transport Olivie to Rabi'ah. You will receive 500 exp. points.
Find Vince Black's apartment
Vince Black's apartment is in north Prague, not far from Red Lantern district (M3,13). Investigate the basement to find Black's body. You will receive 1100 exp. points and get in a conversation with doctor Auzenne.
Remember - if you want to find out more about the murder, you can look for two palmtops. The first one is hidden under Black's body and the other one is on the washing machine (you will obtain a code).
