General information about M21 map
The above map shows a residential block inhabited by Dvali gang, located in the Red Light District in the eastern part of northern Prague (M3 map). You can visit this place for the first time only after you visit Utulek Complex while following the main plot, which means one the main task, The Rucker Extraction, is completed.
The block can be reached from the main entrance to Dvali territory, or through a back alley in the Red Light District. The whole area is a restricted zone, and the inhabitants will attack Jensen if he is spotted by them.
