How to get to Untended Graves? Dark Souls III Guide
Last update: 01 June 2016
Untended Graves is an optional location that you get to, from another one - Consumed King's Garden. To reach the Garden from a chapel, where you fought the Dancer, use the ladder and head left. The path will be protected by a temple knight and the lift will take you to Consumed King's Garden, where you have to defeat Oceiros.
During the entire fight, try to remain under or behind Oceiros. It's easier in the second part, as he will perform suicidal charges that will often miss you. If you dodge his attacks right, you can easily jump towards him and strike back. When he turns towards you, just dodge to land under him. If you manage to make him get stuck in one of the corners, it is highly possible that he will repeatedly charge at the wall, and thus give you a lot of time to strike. If you play as a mage, keep him at a safe distance, watch out for mid-air attacks, and cast spells based on lighting.
You can call Hawkwood to help you, his calling spot is at the square with two knights, at the entrance to the arena.
Once you defeat the boss, you will unlock a gate to another bonfire. Pass a narrow corridor and kill a single enemy. In a large chamber, at the end, you will find a body with Path of the Dragon gesture and two chests. Each of them contains a Titanite Scale. If you want to continue your journey, hit the wall behind the chest - it's another illusion that will reveal a path to Untended Graves.
