Availability: This mission appears on the list as soon as you end your first meeting with Basso, i.e. soon after you have completed the game's first chapter.

Your destination has been shown in the above screenshot - you need to reach the Southern part of the city, i.e. [Stonemarket - Moorsditch]. After you get there, locate the interactive window, force it open (make sure that nobody is watching you) and start exploring Willy's apartment. [Stonemarket - Sick Willy's Townhouse].

Inside, there are a lot of items, of course. Some of them are on display, with the rest of them hidden in containers, and it will turn out that you will have to break into some of them. In here, you can find a Letter Opener - 3G, two Perfume Bottles - 2x7G, a Flask - 4G, a Newspaper - Who Watches the Watch Hounds?, a Ring - 6G, a Picture Frame - 5G, a Pen -4G, Scissors - 3G and a Stonemarket - Letter to Sick Willy. Finally, examine the painting shown in the above screenshot and find two interactive switches.

The chest with Willy's watch that you are looking for

Run through Willy's body to find a document (Stonemarket - Sick Willy's Register). Climb up the ladder and loot the chest in the attic. What you can find inside are: a Pile of Coins - 20G and the watch (Sick Willy's Gold Watch - 50G). At this point, this mission ends.
