Meet up with Basso in the Crippled Burrick tavern | The City
Wait until you are transferred to the clock tower [The Clock Tower]. After you have learned about the new collectibles and used (optionally) the equipment chest, go to the upper floor, which will start another cutscene. After it ends, exit the tower [Stonemarket - Clock Tower Plaza] and go towards the Crippled Burrick tavern. After you get there [Stonemarket - The Crippled Burrick], you will meet up with Orion automatically, from whom you will learn that Basso was arrested by the Baron. Saving the friendly fence will, of course, become your next priority.
