The lab's first area

Start exploring the area. There are no enemies here, nor will you run into any traps so, you can freely roam about the surroundings. Pull the lever and climb down the stairs [Northcrest Manor - The Baron's Laboratory], where you will find a Flask - 8G. take the next stairs and explore the are under them, thanks to which you will find a Desk Bell - 12G. Now, search through the entire room to find an Ashtray - 8G, a book (Baron Northcrest - Lions of Industry), a Rope Arrow, a Microscope - 30G, a Magnifying Glass - 15G, a Scroll Holder - 12G, a Desk Bell - 12G and two notes (Baron Northcrest - Swansong and Reactor Limit).
