Employer: Basso [South Quarter / Riverside - The Siren's Rest]

Availability: You get the opportunity to take this mission after you have completed the fourth Chapter of the game. You need to meet up with Basso again, but this time in The Siren's Rest tavern in the South Quarter.

Your destination has been shown in the above screenshot - it is located in the North-Western part of the South Quarter, close to the fish market [South Quarter / Riverside - Fish Hawker's Market]. Before you get there, make sure that you have, on you, at least one rope arrow and the Wirecutter, because you are going to need them to get to the watch office.

You need to be very careful here, because the vicinities of the fish market are being patrolled by three guards. Apart from that, do not approach the central part of the market, because there is a dog cage there, who would alarm the enemies to your presence. Fortunately, you can avoid the opponents, thanks to remaining in shadows, and also by using swoop and throwables. First of all, examine the building a bit to the East of your destination. Find a box here and use the wirecutter to disable the traps.

Stop in the alley to the South-West of the destination, make sure that you are not detected. Above the inaccessible entrance to the South Quarter Postmaster building, there is an interactive catch shown in the above screenshot, which you can shoot a rope arrow at. Make sure that nobody is coming your way and use it to reach the balcony. You can now walk over the horizontal beam and take the window into the [South Quarter / Riverside - Watch Office].
