First Page is a side quest from finding the Lechite hideout in The Thaumaturge game. The tutorial shows how to start the quest, how to get a pass from Voronin, how to interrogate Regina Wisniewskaya and Krystian King, how to explore the Vienna Station and what variants the confrontation with the Lechites has.

One of the more extensive side quests in Act 2 of The Thaumaturge is First Page in which you conduct an investigation regarding Lechites on orders from Tobiasz Fejgin. On this page of our guide, we show how to initiate the said quest, how to receive the pass from Woronin, what traces are there to find at Vienna Station, how to get the needed information from Krystian Krol in the Praga hospital, how to find Wanda and Regina Wisniewska, how to arrange a meeting with the Lechites in their hideout and what are possible variants of this encounter.

Unlocking the side quest

1. The quest in question can be initiated at the earliest in Act 2 of the campaign. The related quest marker should appear in western part of Northern Srodmiescie. Go there and you'll find a newspaper on the ground - we show the exact location of it in the attached screenshots.
2. In the notice section, Wiktor will find a message from Tobiasz Fejgin. You can find the journalist not far from Szulski Family Tenement House, before the entrance to La Plume cafe. There are no branching dialogue choices in this conversation, but you can ask additional questions about, among others, Lechites and the assassination attempt that took place at Vienna Station.

Conversation with Woronin

1. Travel to the Police Station in southern part of Southern Srodmiescie map. Woronin can be found in his office.
2. You can reveal that you're on orders from Fejgin or assure your uncle that you just want to help - you'll receive a pass that will come in handy in the later stages of the investigation.

Following Zhukov's thoughts

1. At the police station, you can additionally talk to Detective Zhukov - use any reason for investigating the case and follow that up with questions regarding the event. You'll unlock Others observation.
2. A red trace (Perception) connected to Zhukov will appear - follow it. It will lead you to the western part of the station (screenshot above). Read the report - Zhukov's Unfinished Report trace and Deep Wounds conclusion will be unlocked.

Talking with Wanda

1. You need to find Wanda in Rozycki Bazaar district. Go to At Berk Rotblitz's and talk to Janek.
2. Thanks to the knowledge you've acquired earlier, you can ask Janek for a donut - this is a code that will make Wanda appear. Exhaust all dialogue options which are questions regarding Lechites.

Finding a way to contact the Lechites

1. You should now have more than one lead that point towards different districts of Warsaw - you can approach them in any order.
2. In Southern Srodmiescie, travel to Vienna Station which is the location where the Lechites carried out the attack. You can talk to the guard and show him the pass from Woronin.
3. You can now examine the murder scene - use Perception to find Stuffed Bear, Door Key, Case Fitting, Blood, Bloodstained Envelope, Bloody Handprint, and Aurora Patisserie Receipt observations. This will unlock A Life Stolen and The Victim's Locale conclusions.

1. The receipt found at the assassination site will unlock a new optional trail leading to Northern Srodmiescie. Fast travel to the district then go to the Pattiserie in the western part of the district map to talk to Jagoda.
2. Ask Jagoda about the receipt you've found and you'll receive eclairs and unlock Ignacy Wisniewski observation.

1. With the eclairs you can travel to Wisniewskis' apartment which is found on Plebanska street 1 in Northern Srodmiescie (northern part of the map).
2. After entering the apartment, talk to Regina Wisniewska - you can optionally show the pass from Woronin and search the apartment. There are the following observations here to unlock - Painting Reproduction and Insurrectionist's Four-Cornered Cap. Speak with Regina again and exhaust dialogue options. This will unlock Regina on Her Husband trace and A Premature Ending conclusion.

1. After leaving the Wisniewskis' apartment, travel to Southern Srodmiescie. The red trail will lead Wiktor to an apartment on Nowogradzka 22.
2. Inside, you'll encounter some thugs (Intruders observation) - there are 4 enemies to defeat. After clearing the area, you can examine the apartment safely - you'll find Child's Drawing, Group Photo, and Painting Reproduction traces. Remove the painting from the wall (screenshot above) - this will reveal a new trace, Safe Hidden in a Wall (Stefania Lipnicka's Office conclusion).
3. Thanks to the information contained in previous traces, Wiktor finds the combination and opens the safe automatically. This will unlock Congratulatory Letter observation and Stefania Lipnicka's Secret conclusion.

1. The second leg of the investigation leads to Praga district where you need to visit the Hospital. There is an optional scene that may be activated before the entrance to the Hospital - you can side with the patients or staff but this doesn't affect the quest in any way.
2. In one of the northern rooms of the hospital, you can find the Patient Chart trace (you need to find the chart on Izabela Lipnicka). Talk to the nurse - you can optionally show her the pass from Woronin and ask her about the girl from the station. You'll unlock Izabela Lipnicka observation.

Following Krystian's thoughts

1. Use the bottom door to enter the side wing of the hospital. Look around the red circle for Identity Card and Patient Chart observations.
2. Finally, talk to the patient sitting on the bed - this is Krystian Krol. The list of available dialogue options depends on the current state of the investigation.
3. If you've examined the Vienna Station, you can accuse Krol of carrying out the assassination. The man will give an evasive answer, but you can follow his thoughts - red trail will appear. It leads towards the hospital door (screenshot) - you can find Bloodstained Flat Cap trace there. This will unlock There's More Than Meets the Eye conclusion.
4. After returning to Krystian, Manipulation will be possible - choose the special dialogue option (3 Word Dimension points).

Waiting for a message from Lechites

1. Return to Szulski Family Tenement House in Northern Srodmiescie. The window on the ground floor will be broken and you can pick up the object that appeared near Grazyna - this is a message from Lechites.

Calling Tobiasz Fejgin

1. Before you go back to the journalist, you can optionally talk to Wanda again - for this, you need to travel back to At Berk Rotblitz's in Rozycki Bazaar district. If you share the results of your investigation, Wanda will join you in the meeting with Lechites later.
2. To call Fejgin, use the phone on the ground floor of Szulski Family Tenement House.

Going with Fejgin to a meeting with Lechites

1. Travel to Powisle and find Fejgin again. The list of dialogue options will feature up to 4 new choices based on what you've managed to uncover.
2. The heroes will travel by carriage to Lechites' hideout and after arrival, you need to sit in the chair.
3. The meeting with the Lechites can proceed in several ways. Choosing dialogue options related to Pride and accusing the members of the outfit of acts of terrorism may result in a battle against a group of 4 Lechites (including their leader).

1. Choosing less drastic dialogue options, agreeing with Lechites, or allowing Fejgin to interview them may allow you to avoid the confrontation.
2. If you talked to Wanda before embarking to the hideout, the woman will appear in the hideout, armed with the intent to kill all Lechites. In this case, you'll need to face Lechites and Wanda will become a temporary ally during this battle, helping Wiktor defeat the enemies.
3. The quest is then concluded with a conversation with Fejgin and optionally, also with Wanda. You'll be rewarded with XP.
