Cosmetics for Julie from Julie's Gearworks

1. Hawaiian Cosmetics may be mentioned by, e.g. Julie, the girl who runs Julie's Gearworks. Meet her in Hawaii when playing as Kasuga.
2. Select the Chat option when talking to Julie. You can bring her various gifts, although some of the conversations will only be unlocked after the workshop has been fully developed to level 4. Julie will eventually mention that she is looking for the cosmetics.
