Where to find Emmy and Billy at Aloha Beach? You can wonder about this while doing Substory #17 (Beach Guardian: No Kidding Around) in Honolulu in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth. Unlocking Substory #17

1. Substory 17 (Beach Guardian: No Kidding Around) is the second side quest related to lifeguard Raymond - you will meet him at the lifeguard tower on Aloha Beach. This is only possible after completing Substory #16 in which you have to save a drowning person.
2. During Substory #17, Kasuga must find children who have been lost by their parents. First, you will look for the girl Emma and then the boy Billy.

Where is Emma?

1. You will learn from Emma's mother that the girl is wearing a red swimsuit and a straw hat with a blue ribbon.
2. Explore the eastern part of Aloha Beach, i.e. the area east of the lifeguard tower. Emmy is standing by a palm tree, near the Swimsuit Changeroom. The screenshots show the place.

Where is Billy?

1. You will learn from Billy's mother that the boy is wearing a white swimsuit and an orange baseball cap.
2. Explore the western part of Aloha Beach (the one considered as a higher danger region), west of the lifeguard tower. Billy sits on the beach next to a blue and yellow umbrella. The location is shown in the attached pictures.
3. As a reward for finding the two children, you will receive a reward from Raymond - the Heartful Golem comic book. Reading it will increase Ichiban's Kindness stat.
