On this page of the guide to Demon's Souls Remake, you will learn how to go through chapter (1-1), Gates of Boletaria in region called the Lord's path.

After defeating the Phalanx, approach the Archstone to gain its soul. Then proceed forward, you will then come across more Hoplites with shields. Defeat them, then head to the left to pick up items.

Behind the gate is Ostrava, you can save him again, but you need to get to him from the other side.

Go ahead until you reach the walls of the Boletarian Palace. However, be careful, because the way there is not easy. Every now and then, there will be a red dragon that will blaze the entire length of the wall.

If you see the dragon coming and when it's at the very end, immediately run forward. Head towards the tower, you'll be safe there. If you want to pick up objects that are on the wall, run up to them when you are already at the tower. It's much easier this way, and you can quickly return to the tower.

In the tower, first go to the right, and then take the stairs up and down. Only then go further ahead along the wall.

Go up first, but beware of a few standard opponents. Eliminate them one by one.

At the top, there are several items to pick up, however, beware of archers. Deal with them first, and then pick up the items. When you're done, go down the stairs.

When you are at the bottom of the tunnel, go left to get to Ostrava. Go to him first, talk to him, so he will thank you for rescuing him again. You will also continue his quest. Then head the other way. Walking along the corridor, beware of enemies, mainly wolves. They are very easy to defeat individually, but they often attack in groups. Lure them out one by one, and when they attack, protect yourself with a shield, as it can stun them. If you have spells, eliminate them from the distance.

When you reach the place visible in the photo, there will be an exit from the tunnel on the right side. First, however, head towards the open gate.

Going forward, you will again fight some wolves. Treat them as before. When you've defeated them, go to the very end of the corridor.

There is an NPC with whom you can trade. If you have some souls, buy the necessary items and return to the open gate, using the passage on the right.

Going up, you will get a composite bow, which makes fighting from a distance much easier without spells.

Going down, you will encounter several opponents. You are perfectly located in the second tower on the wall. Defeat the unaware enemies, and then go to the wall to get items.

Beware, however, of the dragon, who will once again blaze with fire. Remember - standing by the caravan, you are safe. Pick up the items, go back to the tower and move on.

You have to interact with the fog. However, do not be afraid, because the fight with the boss is not yet coming. On the other side, there is another part of the wall.

The road leads to the palace, however, the red dragon will attack again. In addition, there are several opponents on the wall. Pick a good moment to run towards the palace.

At the very end, there is a group of crossbowmen and a knight with blue reflections on his helmet. Take care of the crossbowmen first, then challenge the Knight. If you still have bombs, you can attack the crossbowmen with them.

When you defeat all opponents, you will come across a fog at the end that leads to the boss arena. Do not go through the fog yet, because there are two entrances next to it.

On the right side there are wooden doors, while the stairs on the left lead to the higher level of the tower. You will unlock the door on the right only if you get the keys in stage 1-3. Go up the stairs.

It's worth knowing that there is a crystal lizard on the mountain; for killing it, you will receive the materials needed to improve weapons. Beware, however, of the two crossbowmen who are at the top of the tower. Defeat them and pick up valuable items. Then go down and head towards the boss arena.
