Defeat the Hand of the King (don't forget to collect loot, including the unique lance and Boss Stem Cells!). After that you have to go right. Kill the King (the picture 1). This triggers a cut-scene. Then, you must start crawling right until you reach the fountain with pipes protruding from its sides (the picture 2). Interact with it to end your current playthrough and start a new one (this is similar to when you die).

Enemies and other threats

The default enemy in the Throne Room is the final boss, Hand of the King. The detailed description of this unique enemy can be found on the Bosses page.

The Hand of the King can summon random enemies, e.g. a Zombie, an Inquisitor, a Scorpion, a Disgusting Worm, a Grenadier or a Slasher. Check out the previous pages if you need information on them. Note - Some of the summoned enemies can have an elite status. Defeat them to continue your duel with the Hand of the King (you can also wait a certain amount of time for the boss to reappear on the battlefield).
