Medicines are essential in Stellar Blade to keep the heroine alive. This guide page contains a list of consumable items for health restoration. We also provide information on how to increase the number of free treatments and how to permanently increase the protagonist's health, as well as how to improve EVE's survivability with equipment.

All medicines
- You heal by pressing up on the d-pad. A single press uses the selected medicine, and holding the button displays a list of available medicines.
- By default, Eve is healed using a refillable Rechargeable Tumbler, which can regenerate a large part of the health bar. The heroine can initially carry 3 such items.
- You can refill your Tumbler for free while resting. It is available, among others, in every unlocked camp. The drawback of this method is that rest will also respawn nearby monsters (except for bosses and other unique creatures).
The two other popular medicines are:
- Highly Concentrated Potion - It slowly restores HP. This is a good way to regenerate health between fights.
- Highly Concentrated Potion - Can restore all lost health. Use it when you find yourself on the brink of death.
The mentioned potions can be purchased in shops in camps or found as loot - choose the latter option first, as Eve can carry a limited number of them.
How to increase the number of free treatments?
- You can increase the number of uses of the Rechargeable Tumbler - the default medicine replenished in camps. The initial 3 uses may not be enough for you, for example, to defeat tougher bosses.
- Look for small robots, which are marked in blue after using the scanner (example in the picture). You have to catch up with the robot and destroy it.
- There is a chance that the robot will drop a Tumbler Expansion Module. Once you have collected enough modules, you can visit a Repair Console in a supply camp and spend them to increase your healing by 1.
You can find a list of the mentioned collectibles on the page Tumbler Expansion Modules in the Secrets and collectibles chapter.
- Later in the game, you will also unlock a display case for storing cans - one of the types of collectibles found in the game world. We described this in more detail on the What are the cans for? page.
- Collecting a certain number of cans will increase your potion carry limit. After delivering 7 cans, the limit of the Highly Concentrated Potion will increase, and after delivering 21 cans, you will be able to carry more Lingering Potions.
How to increase the health bar permanently
- Another way to increase your chances of survival is to find Body Cores in the game world - this is one of the rare types of loot found on "glowing" corpses (example in the picture).
- Each 3 Body Cores found can permanently extend the protagonist's health bar. We have compiled the places where they can be found in the Secrets and collectibles chapter.
Health-related equipment
There is also an option for temporary improvement of EVE's survivability through equipment. Specifically the gear and Exospines that have health-related bonuses. You can find a general list of our recommendations on our Best gear and Exoskeletons page.
- An example of a gear related to EVE's health is the Combat Supply Gear. Thanks to it, you can regain some health points for each enemy killed.
- The example of an Exospine related to the protagonist's health is the Recovery-Type Exospine. It can, e.g. increase the effectiveness of potions and temporarily reduce the damage received after drinking a potion.
