In Seven: The Days Long Gone, the hero's health bar doesn't go back by itself which means that it is up to you to regenerate it. You can do that by eating food or using syringes that you can either find or craft. These items are rather easy to find - many of them can be taken (or stolen) from crates or found in corpses of defeated humans and monsters. However, if you travel a lot and fight with many monsters then you can run out of medicaments. Luckily for you, this problem is easy to solve. Below, you can find our recommended solution.

Get a valuable weapon or armor. In our case we had a weapon called Energy Gun - its value is 90 auryte. This weapon is carried by almost all Technomagi soldiers as well as numerous bandits. Find a lone enemy and kill him with a backstab to avoid confrontation.

Now, go to any of the merchants (you can also go to a vending machine) who offer food or syringes. Merchants don't have a lot of auryte (usually, they have no more than 50 pieces) BUT you don't have to trade your item for gold. Instead, you can exchange it for goods - start moving items from merchant's inventory to the space on the left (example in the picture). Keep doing that until the values of both sides are equal.

Important note - You can use this method to buy a lot of food, provided that you have a lot of free space in the inventory. Sadly, bought items can weight a lot. A better solution is to go to a merchant who offers lighter (and more expensive) syringes. For example, a default price for one small syringe that restores health is 18 auryte. The aforementioned weapon is worth 5 of these syringes - they will weight pretty much nothing.
