Arrival is the main quest in Seven: The Days Long Gone which is unlocked after completing the prologue. During this mission you become a prisoner and learn the basic rules of the penal colony on Peh island.

Follow the path in the arrival zone and don't go outside the green path with arrows - you will be attacked by guards. Reach the booth, receive Visa Pill level 1 and enter the scanner. Another guard will give you a prisoner outfit, Multi-Tool, 2 Nectars, Thief's Chip, Flash ability and Ability Cost Upgrade.

Go to the decontamination zone. Gruff is harassing Egon. You can decide to not get involved or defend Egon and attack Gruff. Be careful because he uses daggers. If you managed to defeat him then you can search his body (Crude Metal Daggers and Bandit Armour are the most valuable findings). Saving Egon is also helpful for a future side quest called Pulling Strings (its description can be found in the chapter dedicated to quests from zone 1).

Head towards the exit gate that leads to Lewmer village. Watch the cut-scene, talk with Artanak and let Teriel rest. You unlock Lost Contact main quest and Tools of the Trade side quest.
