The use of objects (namely armor and weapons) makes them lose durability. If an item wears down completely, you will not be able to use it anymore. Items are also broken when a character dies. On this page of the guide to New World, you will learn how to repair items.
How to repair items?
The repair process takes place directly in the inventory window. Simply hover over the selected items, and then use the repair option. The option is active only if the item is worn down to some extent.
In a new window, you will see information about repair costs - this will be the number of required Repair Parts and Coins. The more damaged an item is, the more expensive the repair becomes, naturally. The cost is also affected by the quality of the item. These repair parts are obtained by salvaging regular items. You'll also get some gold by salvaging items.
In the equipment, there is also a button that repairs all damaged items. When you click on it, you will see a summary price - how much gold and repair parts you need to pay. If you agree, all weapons and tools will be fully repaired.
