How to unlock: Arrive at the crime scene [Kadara: Port].

Here you can find the guide for Murder in Kadar Port quest. It is one of the Heleus Assignments (side quests) in Mass Effect: Andromeda game. This quest can be unlocked during your exploration of Port in Kadara. In this quest you must stop a serial killer that is running rampant on Kadara.

Unlocking the quest

Arrive at the crime scene

This quest can be unlocked after meeting with Sloane Kelly and Vehn Terev in Kadara Port during Hunting the Archont main quest. In the central part of the port you can notice a group of bystanders. When you get closer to them you learn that they gathered around a murdered person.

Scan the corpse

Use the scanner on the corpse, listen to SAM's commentary and speak with the Outcast guard.

Speak with Reyes about the murders

Find Reyes in the bar in the slums

Reyes is in Slums and you must use a tram console to get there. You can find him in the bar. Speak with Reyes about the murdered person and you will learn that he is not suspecting a serial killer but Roekaar. You receive a new side quest - A People Divided.

Rewards for finishing the quest: XP, A People Divided side quest unlocked.
