Here you can find the walkthrough for Jaal Ama Darav: Runs in the Family quest. This is one of the smaller side quests in Mass Effect: Andromeda game that belongs to the category called "Allies and relationships". This quest is connected with Jaal. To be more precise, you must accompany him during his meeting with his mother and siblings on Havarl.

The message from Jaal

This quest should become available sometime after completing Hunting the Archon main quest and Jaal's Loyalty Mission - Jaal Ama Darav: Flesh and Blood. You should receive a message from Jaal. You learn that he wants you to meet with him and his mother on Havarl.

Go with Jaal on Havarl

Use the shuttle in Pelaav to go to the meeting

Fly to Havarl and when you leave the Tempest remember to take Jaal with you. Go to Pelaav research station and find the shuttle that can take you to the meeting with Sahuna Ama Darav. During the meeting you can use the special option and hug Sahuna (press the button when the Narrative Action appears on the screen). After that you meet with Jaal's siblings and you can visit his room. Soon, the quest will be over.

Warning - If you play as Sara Ryder and you flirted with Jaal up to this point then you can use this chance and continue the romance. If you play as the male you can "only" be friends with him.
