Poisoning a meal or drink is one of the preferred methods to eliminate a target or induce regurgitation. In the Chongqing area of China, you can also drop lethal poison into the ventilation system. In Chonqing, you'll find three doses of Emetic Rat Poison, which makes the target sick, and a Lethal Poison Pill Jar, which instantly eliminates the target.
Emetic Rat Poison
You can find the first Rat Poison at the start of the End Of An Era mission, during the Certainty Principle mission story. When you enter the main street, go inside the restaurant and find the restroom (point marked 42 on the map). The poison is located on the stool in the spot shown in the above image.
The second Emetic Rat Poison is very easy to get. Just head to the laundromat (point marked 29 on the map) and enter the small service room on the left. The poison can be found on the rack to the right.
The third Emetic Rat Poison can be found in the homeless shelter from the Impulse Control mission story. Before you enter the building, it's a good idea to put on a proper disguise: a homeless person's rags or a lab worker's suit (they work in the building). You will get the appropriate disguise in one of the alleys where you start the aforementioned story quest. Wait at the location shown in the above image until the conversation between the homeless people ends.
When the man passes by your position, sneak up from behind and incapacitate him. Make sure to avoid being noticed by the people in the tunnel. Change into his outfit. Drag the man's body to the other side of the street and hide it in a container. Now, walking between cars won't draw anyone's attention.
When you are called, approach the recruiting station and sit in the chair. The woman will inform you that recruitment has closed and encourage you to fill out an information form. Wait for the woman to approach the board, then go outside through the open window to the right of where you were sitting.
Further along you will find another open window - use it to enter the room behind the screen and bypass the camera. Enter the bathroom. You'll find the rat poison in the location marked in the image above (point marked 47 on the map).
After disguising yourself as a lab worker, you will have to distract the security guard standing in the waiting room, but you don't have to avoid the camera.
Lethal Poison Pill Jar
You can find the Lethal Poison Pill Jar in the homeless shelter, which is linked to the Impulse Control story quest. There are cameras in the building, so you cannot move around the area without a proper disguise. Things that can distract your opponents, such as coins, will be useful to get the poison.
Go to the alley near the homeless shelter, then climb the ladder to the scaffolding and through the open window into the hallway.
The next actions need to be properly synchronized because there are two guards standing at the entrance to the stairwell. Toss the first coin into the corner of the hallway, in the area shown in the above image.
As soon as one of the guards passes your position, immediately toss a second coin toward the stairs to distract the other guard.
Sneak quickly behind the first man's back and overpower him. Without wasting time, go after the second guard and overpower him as well. Change into a jumpsuit - the bodies will not be found so you can leave them here.
Go to the upper floor of the building and using the available curtains sneak to the staircase - enter the mezzanine.
Enable Instinct to see if the road is clear. If you end up in Hush's cycle where he goes down a floor below to talk to his co-worker, you'll have to wait in the stairwell a little longer. There is one guard stationed on the left, walk over to the lab area the moment he is not looking in your direction.
The Lethal Poison Pill Jar can be found on the desk to the left (point marked 55 on the map). You can take it without distracting the people working in the room.
