Data Core. Interact with the computer to complete an optional mission story called Hack Data Core.

Shortcut to street level. There is a ladder in the ventilation duct, which allows you to get to the alley next to the homeless shelter. There'll be two guards upstairs.

Inner Courtyard shortcut. This shortcut can only be unlocked from the inside. To unlock this passage you have to enter the ICA Facility and go through the security room at Level -1 (point 18 on the map) to the storage room. There you will find a ventilation shaft - you need to climb the pipe to the street level.
Sewer well. One of the escape routes from Chongqing (associated with the Down The Rabbit Hole challenge). You will need a crowbar to open the hatch (point 32 on the map).
Secret hatch. A shortcut that opens a passage to the ventilation duct in the ICA Facility (Quite A Hatch challenge). Access code is 2552.
Emetic Rat Poison. After entering the laundry, turn left into a small service room. Emetic Rat Poison is on the shelf on the right.
Main entrance to the homeless shelter. This building is associated with the Impulse Control mission story.
Passage to the secret hatch. A staircase that takes you to street level where you can open a secret hatch (point 28 on the map, level 0).
Homeless. Here you will overhear the conversation of homeless people and get the first important information about the Impulse Control mission story. You will also find a crowbar and a leaflet related to the Last Resort challenge. The second leaflet is carried by one of the homeless - a hunched man, who after a while will move away from his friends.
Scaffold. Thanks to the scaffold, you can go to the 1st floor of the hostel for the homeless. That way you will avoid the guards at the main entrance.
Scooter. One of the escape routes from Chongqing (linked to the Scoot Over challenge).
Crowbar. There are two guards at the entrance to the alley. To get past them, you will need the right outfit: one of Imogen Royce's men stationing outside or on the roof of the laundry, or an ICA guard's uniform.

Side descent to the ICA Facility. These double doors in the alley can be opened with a crowbar (the nearest tool - point 36 on the map). If you go down, you will find yourself at level 0.
Entrance to the roof of the building. Take the metal stairs straight to the roof of the building and exit near Lotus Passage, where Hush and Imogen Royce can meet after completing the All-Seeing Eyes mission story.
Facility Elevator Shaft shortcut. The passage must be opened from the alley. The door leads to the pedestrian walkway (level 2).
Side descent to the ICA Facility. Here you can jump down to get right next to the secret passage to the ICA Facility (point 25 on the map, level 0).
Restaurant. This is where you'll meet Mr. Pritchard. You have to assume his identity during the Certainty Principle mission story.
Emetic Rat Poison. This poison is in the restaurant's bathroom.
Kitchen. Here you can prepare a poisoned meal for Mr. Pritchard. After that, you can take on his identity and start a tour around the ICA Facility.
Mr. Pritchard's room. Here you will find a Form P41 related to the Certainty Principle mission story. You can get to the room through the staircase (the password is 0118) or through the open window (you need to get on the building's rooftop and slide down the gutter).
Dumpling Cook disguise. The second floor can be reached by a staircase (the password is 0118) or by the side stairs.
Recruitment room. The room associated with the Impulse Control mission story. You can go through the open window to reach the balcony and then to the upper floor of the building. A leaflet related to the Last Resort challenge can be found in the waiting room.
Emetic Rat Poison. This poison is in the bathroom.
Closed passage to the upper floor. The stairs are blocked with a grate. The door can be opened with a lockpick or crowbar (point 32 on the map, level 1).
Crowbar. The tool is on the cardboxes.
Fuse. You need this item to trigger the mechanism in Hush's office and to perform the Deprivation challenge.
Safe room. One of the escape routes from Chongqing (linked to the Apartment Safe House challenge).
Test pod. Here you can sabotage the experiment to complete the Ease Of Pain challenge.
Lethal Poison Pill Jar. The poison is on the desk.
Bathroom. You can meet Hush's main experiments object in the small bathroom. You have to assume that person's identity to complete the Impulse Control mission story.
The Lotus Passage. Links Hush's and Imogen Royce's buildings. This is where you can lure them in the course of the All-Seeing Eyes mission story.
Sniper rifle. The gun's by the wall. There is one guard who can be easily incapacitated.
Broken drone. On the roof of the building, you will find a crashed drone belonging to Imogen Royce. After scanning the device, you will receive the first information about the All-Seeing Eyes mission story.
Ventilation system. The device is located on the balcony. You can add a lethal poison to the system (point 54 on the map, level 4) to complete the Deprivation challenge.
Entrance to Hush's office. External entrance with door requiring a password: the code is 2552.
Fuse box. There is a cabinet in Hush's office in which you need to install a fuse (point 50 on the map, level 3). You have to do this to be able to complete the Deprivation challenge.
Crowbar. The tool is on the TV box.
The Block Ladder shortcut. You'll need a crowbar to get down the ladder. The tool can be found, e.g. at point 32 on the map (level 1). The ladder will descend to level 0, near the secret hatch (point 28 on the map).
