Unlocking the mission
You can begin this quest at the rebel hideout in Concepcio, in El Este's Conuco sub-region. You unlock the quest giver - Gilberto Rosario - after finishing the operations The New Revolution and Bullet Points.
Meet Gilberto's "chameleon"
Head to the indicated location on the eastern edge of the El Este region. This is the El Este Naval Stables ranch, where you'll find some enemy soldiers. There's not too many of them, you can easily handle them either via stealth or in direct combat.
After clearing the area of enemies, head towards the marked, main building.
Escort Captain Diaz
Captain Diaz is restrained, but he can still move. You need to safely lead him through the hostile areas while not letting his health drop to 0% - you can see his health bar in the upper left corner of the screen.
As you travel through the jungle, react to the presence of enemy patrols by hiding behind rocks or in bushes. Don't follow the main path.
While you can theoretically fight all the encountered patrols, each skirmish risks Diaz's health. It's safer to wait for the patrolling enemies to move away.
You need to lead Diaz to the place where the horses were brought. You'll see a cutscene that concludes this mission and unlocks the next task in this questline - Tricks of the Trade.
