On this page of the Far Cry 6 game guide, you will find a walkthrough of operation Fire and Fury, which is one of the starting main missions. The following walkthrough describes, among other things, where to meet Julio, how to prepare for the journey to the plantation and how to sabotage the Viviro prison camp.
Rewards for completing the quest
- Fuego Mitts - These allow you to instantly extinguish flames if the character comes into contact with fire.
- Hazmat Mask - It protects you from poison and thus it's especially useful in locations where your character is exposed to poisonous, red fumes.
- Unlocking Operation Fuel the Revolution.
Meet Julio
In order to start this quest, you must talk to Clara in her camp and of course agree to help the rebels.
Julio is one of the rebels and you will meet him in the southern part of the island, in the location called Perez Farms. You will receive two useful items from Julio - the Fuego Mitts and the Hazmat Mask. It's a good idea to place both of them in active slots, as they will increase your chances of survival during this mission (they will protect you from fire and poison).
Follow Julio
You need to follow Julio to the mission's most crucial location - the Viviro Prison Camp.
Once you arrive at your destination, climb the tower and begin surveying the area with your smartphone. Try to tag as many opponents as possible and also pay attention to the big yellow tanks. Once you have surveyed the area, slide down the rope to get closer to the mission area.
Sabotage the Viviro Nueve Plantation
You are free to proceed as you will at the plantation - you can stay hidden or engage in fights, but you will risk losing health and the enemies may call for reinforcements (unless you sabotage the alarm in the central part of the plantation).
If the alarm has been raised, be ready for new enemies to appear in the plantation area, either on foot or in vehicles - you should try to destroy the latter before they stop. You can also, for example, get to the roof of the central building and attack enemies with a stationary machine gun. Don't try to kill 100% of the enemies though, simply focus on completing the current mission objective.
In this location, you will probably encounter opponents in yellow suits for the first time. They can spray poison and if you are within range, you will start losing health points. Try to eliminate them by surprise or from a long distance.
Your task is to fill the damage bar to 100% (visible in the upper left corner of the screen). You don't have to destroy the entire plantation and you can choose the way in which to sabotage the area.
One of the most obvious methods of sabotage is setting fire to the red plants. The easiest way to do this is to use your recently acquired flamethrower (Tostador), but if you have already used up your fuel supply, you can also shoot the barrels adjacent to the plants, which will explode and start fires.
The second way to cause destruction in this location is by blowing up large yellow tanks. The easiest way to achieve this is by using the Supremo Exterminador, i.e. the reward from the previous mission, but you can also, for example, throw any type of explosives or shoot at them for a while.
Once the damage bar is 100% full, meet Julio at the edge of the plantation to complete the mission.
