This page of the guide to Far Cry 6 features the walkthrough of the Lost and Found operation , one of the main missions in Valle De Oro. The following walkthrough explains e.g. how to infiltrate the airport in Noventarmas, where to find Paolo, and how to get to Dr. Matias' clinic after being poisoned.

Meet Bicho
You can start this quest after completing the operation Words Like Bullets. To start the mission, you must meet Bicho near the airport in Noventarmas. Find the Pillbox Panic location specifically, shown in the image above - it's a small building on the hill west of the airport.
Rescue Paolo
Set off towards the Noventarmas International Airport.
It's good to first do a recon of the airport from a safe distance. Try to identify enemies, cameras and alarms - you can try to destroy some of the items you found by shooting them from a distance.
To complete the mission you need to infiltrate the main terminal - you can sneak around and avoid the enemies, or eliminate them in direct combat (this won't make you fail the mission).
Try to locate and kill the enemy officer, as he will have the Airport VIP Lounge Keycard.
You must use your access card on the locked door of the Lounge inside the terminal - see the attached picture. Inside, instead of Paolo, you will find Bembe and you'll have to talk to him.
You will learn from Bembe that Paolo was taken to one of the nearby Resorts - their locations will be added on the world map.
You can explore the locations on the map in any order. Walk around the resort (the area marked by the yellow rectangle on the radar) to determine if Paolo is in the area. You don't have to eliminate the enemies you encounter, but they may of course interfere with your exploration to some extent.
In our case, Paolo was in the middle location among those marked on the map (La Ballenada Resort), and specifically he was imprisoned in one of the rooms on the first floor of the building complex.
Return to Dr. Matias
You will be poisoned by doctor Reyes and you will have to reach your friend Matias. Go to the parking lot in front of the resort where your vehicle should be parked. During the ride, avoid colliding with other vehicles and environmental elements. You can ignore further hallucinations.
Once you reach your destination, get out of the car and head to the front door of the clinic where doctor Matias is. A new cutscene will start when you go inside.
