- Unlocking Operation Angel De La Muerte.
Recover the antibiotics
You can proceed to this operation after completing the main quest, Intervention. Paolo will contact you through the radio and ask you to obtain antibiotics for Talia.
On your map, 3 different posts (Checkpoints) from the Valle De Oro region will be marked. If you haven't already taken over these posts, secure them one by one - as a reminder, you need to defeat all guards and destroy the billboard. If you've already managed to capture them before, you can just use fast travel to them.
When you reach each post, examine its main building - the one whose opening may require you to have an access card (you will find it by the officer's body, or you will automatically receive it if you have taken over the post).
In one of the indicated locations, you will find a large medical bag - it's shown in the picture above.
Return the drugs to Matias
With the antibiotics, you have to reach Dr. Matias' clinic. After entering the building, you will watch a cutscene.
Locate and interrogate Sergio Estevez
You have to reach Orquidea Villa located in Muerta Point. Once you get there, we recommend doing some recce from one of the surrounding hills so you can tag enemies, cameras, and security systems. Due to the vast area around the villa, stealth should be easier, but it is not mandatory, and the mission will not fail if you are detected.
Search Sergio's office
Ultimately, you have to get inside the building and use the stairs leading to the first floor. Sergio's office is there, and you will find there 2 clues you will have to examine:
- Answering machine - contains a recorded message from Dr. Reyes - picture 1.
- Computer integrated into furniture - picture 2.
Reach the marina
The map will mark the marina located east of Sergio's residence. Once there, approach the only building by the water. Sergio will start running away, and you will have to chase after him.
Catch up to Sergio
It is best to use one of the ATVs parked in the area for the chase. Alternatively, you can get there in your vehicle, but it has to perform well off-road.
Focus first on driving carefully and closing the distance to the vehicle driven by Sergio. Then start firing while driving with a concealed weapon. Your goal is to destroy the enemy vehicle enough to force Sergio to stop.
Run up to the stopped car, and a cutscene of Sergio getting caught will be played. You will finish the operation that way.
