Unlocking the mission
You will be informed of the possibility of starting this side quest by a quest marker that will appear in the Madrugada region near the La Triada mural. You must meet up with Zenia Zayas there, who should be busy painting graffiti on the wall of a building.
Steal a tank for Zenia
The mission objective is to steal a specific tank, so you have to go to the location marked on the map. It is a small tunnel and after entering this location, it is recommended to start sneaking so that none of the enemies will think of getting into the tank and using it.
There are security cameras in the area and you should destroy them from a distance using a weapon with a suppressor. You can also sabotage the local alarm by reaching the red box.
You don't have to kill all the enemies in the tunnel and the closest area because you might as well focus on stealing the tank. As a reminder, you must climb onto the roof of the vehicle and interact with the hatch in order to take a seat in the cabin.
Deliver the tank to Zenia
After you sit in the tank's cabin, start driving immediately towards the place where you started the mission. You don't have to worry too much about destroying the tank, but consider choosing main asphalt roads to avoid getting stuck in a ditch or at some indestructible obstacle. Park the tank in the large garage.
After completing this mission, you'll receive another one from Zenia - Heavy Metal.
