This page of the Far Cry 6 guide includes the walkthrough for the operation Pics or It Didn't Happen , one of the main missions in the El Este region. The following guide will show you how to infiltrate the BioVida outpost and how and where to take 3 photos with evidence of the murder of the islanders.

Investigate the BioVida facility
This is one of the new main quests unlocked after completing the Take Your Medicine operation. You must meet El Tigre again at the Patriotas Peak camp in the El Este region.
The BioVida facility is located northeast of the Guerrilla Hideout and adjacent to Higado Lake. Once you get there, you will discover that the facility's grounds are heavily guarded and surrounded by a fence. Instead of choosing the guarded main entrance, you can get inside from the water side.
You will be required to take 3 photos with your smartphone around the BioVida base documenting the bad things happening there. Before you do that, we suggest you take some time to deal with at least some of the enemies in the area.
You can easily do reconnaissance and use weapons with a silencer, for example, after climbing on the roof of one of the tanks. The possibility of raising an alarm does not mean that you will fail the mission, but it may make it more difficult for you and lead to the arrival of reinforcements (including a helicopter).
First photo
The first photo requires a visit to the pumping station building adjacent to the lake. You will find a valve in it and you must interact with it.
You will bring the water level in the reservoir down and investigate the area where red vapors were previously visible over the water. You will find a pile of bodies that lay at the bottom.
Select the smartphone from the inventory (up direction key) and press the take a picture button (R1/RB).
Second photo
For the second photo, you must explore the area with the cages where the experimental subjects were imprisoned.
You will find a corpse in one of the cages and it should be photographed.
Third photo
The final third photo requires you to get inside the main building, but unfortunately its doors are locked.
Look around for an officer in the area - you must assassinate him and use his access card. Reach the door (beware - there is a camera in this area, which you should destroy beforehand).
Inside the building, locate the stairs leading to the upper balconies. You will find yourself at the windows that overlook the room where the experiments on patients imprisoned in capsules took place. Photograph this discovery.
Talk to Lorenzo back at the Legend's camp
Get out of the BioVida facility (preferably still without setting off alarms) and use fast travel to move to Patriotas Peak. You will see a cut-scene from the new encounter with the Legends.
