Chapter 16 information

Do not hurry into the manor. There is a treasure close to the fountain

In this chapter, you will continue from where the previous ne left off. Nate and Sam set out to reclaim their mother's belongings. First, you will have to enter the manor, find the mother's journal and escape the police. You can find three treasures here and have three optional conversations.

Access the manor

Climb across the window and start searching for the mother's belongings

Right at the beginning of the chapter, run ahead and after you spot the fountain, turn right slightly. Run ahead. Behind another fountain, there is a bench with a treasure (Toy Soldier) on it. Return to the starting point now and turn left., towards the big gate. Use Sam's help to climb to the rooftop and cross the window to enter the attic. Your task now is to find a white box with things that used to belong to the mother of the Drake brothers.

Find mother's belongings

Explore the manor and search out white boxes

Open several white boxes. Unfortunately, you find no clues about the mother there. Continue your exploration. After you jump down, take the ajar door into the room with toys. Pick up the letter from the desk. This unlocks the first one of the optional conversations. Leave the room and push open the blocked door.

You will get into a room with sarcophaguses. Climb up the stairs, where you find a box with toys and a treasure (Toy Seaplane). Now, climb down the stairs, into the laundry and enter the kitchen. Then, go to the main hall. Nearby, there is a door into the botanic room. Pick up the book about pirates, thanks to which you will be able to have two more optional conversations.

The documents you are after are in this box

Climb up the stairs to the higher floor and try to open the door. Unfortunately, it is locked. Climb down and move the bookshelf. Then, jump onto it, pull up and push off towards the balcony across. On the sofa, there is a treasure (Pirate Snowglobe). Return to the bookshelf, but this time move left, to the venting shaft. Follow the shaft to the infirmary. On the bed, next to the bed, there is a key - open the door to let Sam in. Then, go to the study. Open the box under the desk - inside, there is the diary that you are looking for.

Flee the police

Climb down to the yard, over the chimney. Then, follow Sam

After the cutscene, you will have to flee from the house. Follow Sam and do what he does. After a series of jumps and a short climb, you will make it to the yard.

Follow Sam and do not stop for anything

Follow Sam and avoid the police. If you are caught by a policeman, you can free yourself by pressing the Triangle. Finally, you will escape on a bike and the chapter will end.
