Treasure 1 - Antique Padlock

The first secret can be found as soon as you start the chapter. After you regain control over the protagonist, swim a little to the right. The treasure you are looking for is located beneath a tree trunk lying on the bottom.

Treasure 2 - Chiriqui Shark Trinket

The second secret is located not far away from the place you've acquired the first one from. You must swim a little further to reach the place with large rocks, as shown on the above screenshot.

Head slightly to the left and dive deeper, as the secret is located on the bottom. The exact location can be seen on the above screenshot.

Treasure 3 - Antique Pockewatch

The search for the third secret can be started after the moment in which Nate approaches the trailer of the truck you are looking for and a conversation with Jameson ends. Ignore the trailer and swim to the right. Reach the rocks on the right side and swim along them. You must look around the area carefully, as this treasure is hidden better than the previous ones. The exact location can be seen on the above screenshot.

Treasure 4 - Antique Arcade Token

The fourth and the last secret can only be acquired after you've pulled the trailer from the water and you are back on the deck of the ship. Don't go to the meeting with Jameson yet. Instead, go to the nearby stairs. The secret is lying on shelf that can be seen on the above screenshot.
