Treasure 1 - Persian Ring

You can find the first treasure soon after Nate returns to full health and approaches the first larger waterfall. Jump up to the ledges on the vertical wall of the cliff and move to the right. You have to get to a small recess shown in the above screenshot, where there is the collectible.

Treasure 2 - Wood Tankard

You can find the second collectible after you see the cutscene presenting the boats that are approaching the isle. After that, use grappling hook to get to the cave behind the waterfall. The treasure is on the left, behind the small rocks.

Treasure 3 - Spy Glass

You find the third collectible in the partially flooded cave. You reach here soon after you slide down a steep slope and take a leap, After you reach the cave, check out its left side.

Treasure 4 - Dress Dirk

You can find the fourth collectible soon after you encounter the enemy mercenaries. After you reach the next part of the forest, go straight ahead and climb onto the first ledge on the left. Turn left here and you will get into the area shown in the above screenshot.

Climb up and reach the opposite end of the shaded passage. This is here that you find the treasure.

Treasure 5 - Frechen Bearded Bottle

You can find the last, fifth, collectible right after you have found Sam and you continue along your path. You will reach the dilapidated building shown in the above screenshot where you start exploration. Squeeze through the rooms and narrow corridors. You have to reach the fork and go right there.

After you reach a new room, examine the floor, thanks to which you will find out that a part of it is missing in the dimly-lit area. Use this and jump down. Wait for Nate to turn on his torchlight and take a look around the basement to find the treasure shown in the above screenshot treasure.
