Treasure 1 - Panamanian Cat Pendant

The first secret can be found soon after the beginning of your journey towards the abandoned Spanish prison. You must reach an area with a small shed - inside of it there's the grappling hook. Afterwards, focus on finding the dry well shown on the above screenshot.

The secret is hidden in a dimly lit place.

Jump into, or climb the ladder down to reach the bottom of the well. Afterwards, examine a short, dimly lit corridor. At the end of it there's the artifact you're looking for.

Treasure 2 - Navaja Folding Knife

The second secret can be found after the long climbing section, during your first visit in the large tower where the Spanish prison was located. Go to the neighboring room where Nate has to use a grappling hook on a barred window in order to push the story forward. DON'T DO THAT YET. Instead, jump to the lower ground. The artifact you're looking for is lying next to one of the columns - as shown on the above screenshot.
