This page of the Uncharted 4: A Thief's End has a walkthrough for chapter 0 - Prologue. You will learn, e.g. how to destroy enemy boats, how to shoot the enemies, and how to avoid hitting the rocks.
You start the prologue on board of a boat, accompanied by Sam. You must use it to escape the pursuit. Head towards the large island visible on the horizon. Ignore the smaller boats attacking the heroes. When they start appearing in a close proximity to the boat you're traveling by, steer it to the left or to the right to crash into them. The impact will destroy them.
After a short while a larger vessel will appear in the area. It will start shooting mines at the Drake's boat. You can try keep the boat out of the harm's way by maneuvering it away from places that the mines are going to hit. However, this scene is pre-programmed - sooner or later one of the bombs will hit the boat, throwing Nathan overboard. Swim out to the surface and hold the "circle" button to avoid getting hit by the approaching vessel. Approach the boat that Sam is still standing on and climb up on board.
You must now protect Sam as he is trying to repair the engine of the boat. Hide behind cover and shoot at the crew of the large ship that will soon approach your position. Look for the enemy equipped with a grenade launcher. If he manages to take a shot and throw a grenade, get out of the danger zone as soon as possible (there isn't a lot of space to maneuver), as Nate can't throw them back. Shooting at and eliminating the enemy grenadier should result in the explosion of the enemy boat. Few more smaller ships will appear in the area afterwards, but they won't pose such a threat.
As soon as Sam announces that the ship is functional again, run to the bridge and resume your escape. During this section your task is to head towards the island. However, you must now watch out for and avoid contact with huge rocks emerging from the water. After a short while another pre-programmed scene will initiate (you crashing with another ship), which will end this short prologue.
