This page of the Uncharted 4: A Thief's End has a walkthrough for chapter 5 - Hector Alcazar. You will learn, e.g. how to win fights as Sam Drake, how to get a better weapon and how to escape from the prison.
Cell block
This is a short chapter during which you will be controlling Sam. The objective is to escape the prison with the help of Hector Alcazar and his men. Follow Hector. After reaching one of the rooms with murderer guards you will receive your first pistol from Hector. From this moment onwards you can help your new allies in eliminating enemies, although they are more than capable of doing that on their own. Remember not to rush and run in front of your allies, so that you get in the crossfire.
During the exploration of the prison you will be able to acquire a machinegun, or an assault rifle (remember to examine all the bodies). Always pick the weapon you have an easier time to gather ammo for. During the march a single enemy will assault Sam, but after a short moment of struggle you will receive assistance. A number of encounters await you in one of the larger rooms of the prison. Initially you will be on the attacking side - shoot at the enemies from the upper balcony. After a short while you will be forced to defend yourself. Use covers and prevent the enemies from flanking your position.
Prison yard
After reaching the courtyard of the prison a new encounter will begin. You must watch out for the stationary machinegun located on top of one of the towers. Don't try to aim directly at the tower. Instead, perform some blind fire and try to move from cover to cover. This is crucial, as the covers you will be hiding behind will crumble from the enemy fire. Wait for the moment the tower gets destroyed and continue your march. Don't stop and climb up on top of the wall with blue pipes.
