Aside from main and side missions, My Time at Sandrock features special tasks called Commissions as well. They usually require you to create specific items and deliver them to a specific person. We recommend spending some time on this in order to increase your company's budget. From this page you will also learn how to order your own Commission through the Civil Corps.

Where to find Commissions and how do they work?

Commissions are available at the Commerce Guild - My Time at Sandrock: Commissions - Basics - My Time at Sandrock Guide, Walkthrough

Commissions are available at the Commerce Guild. You'll find them at the Commission Board near the door. You can take on commissions by choosing one you're interested in and accepting in. Only one Commission can be active at a time. If you cancel your commission, you won't be able to take on another one during the same day.

Remember - all commissions come with a time limit. If you fail to complete them, you'll be penalized with negative Reputation. We recommend accepting the commissions you can complete immediately after taking it on.

After starting the Operation De-Geeglate main quest, you will gain access to the Civil Corps in the western part of the city, right next to The Breach - My Time at Sandrock: Commissions - Basics - My Time at Sandrock Guide, Walkthrough

After starting the Operation De-Geeglate main quest, you will gain access to the Civil Corps in the western part of the city, right next to The Breach. In the building, you will find a special bulletin board, which you can use to commission various tasks from the residents.

First, select the type of task you want to commission - My Time at Sandrock: Commissions - Basics - My Time at Sandrock Guide, Walkthrough

First, select the type of task you want to commission. The resident who takes on the assignment will head to the designated area and, after a certain period of time, bring you any resources and items they have found.

  1. The Breach - in this location, the contractor will search for resources and parts.
  2. Monster Hunting - during the hunt, the contractor will be able to find food and animal components (feathers, skins, fur, etc.).

After selecting a location, two factors need to be considered:

  1. Tours - determines how many times the contractor will travel to the specified location. The higher the value, the more items they will gather. However, keep in mind that this will increase the commission's price.
  2. Duration - determines how long the commission will be available on the board. This is important, because sometimes no resident will want to take on the task right away. It's worth leaving the ad up for a few days.

Below these factors, you'll find information on the possible items obtainable after the contractor successfully completes an expedition.

If you care about a particular resource, you can edit the search priorities - My Time at Sandrock: Commissions - Basics - My Time at Sandrock Guide, Walkthrough

If you care about a particular resource, you can edit the search priorities. To do this, go to the second tab of the Ruin Diving Commissions screen (we've marked it on the screenshot above) and indicate the most sought-after item. You'll also have to pay a bit extra for this service.
