Singing Bar location

In the world of Like a Dragon: Ishin, you can find a Singing Bar called Utamaruya - this is the equivalent of the karaoke bars from other Yakuza games.

You can visit the bar for the first time in chapter 2, right after you arrive in Kyo. It is in the northern part of Fushimi District.

Karaoke rules

Talk to the Utamaruya Owner. Each Karaoke mini-game, i.e. any song, costs 500 Mon.

There are 7 different songs to choose from. For some of them, you can choose the difficulty level:

1. Casual Backup - lower difficulty level;
2. Passionate Backup - higher difficulty level.

The rules of the mini-game are identical to karaoke from other parts of the series:

1. you have to press the buttons displayed at the bottom of the screen at the right moments - the greater the precision, the better each press will be scored;
2. sometimes you will have to hold down the button (Hold) or press it rhythmically (Rapid).

Try to observe the next buttons in advance to prepare for them. This is especially important for buttons from the beginning of the next line - then you have very little time to press them correctly.

Every song is scored. The final score depends on:

1. selected difficulty level (you won't score 100 on Casual Backup);
2. correctly pressed buttons - try to have as many of them marked as Great and avoid Miss or those with less good timing (OK and Good).

Singing all 7 songs and getting a high enough score will unlock the Sing Your Heart Out trophy.
