Emerald in Like a Dragon Ishin
Emerald is one of the materials that cannot be obtained at the beginning of the game. It can be obtained by taking part in battles taking place in Battle Dungeon 1-4, and these are unlocked as you progress through the game. So if you are looking for this material, follow the storyline until you reach the fifth chapter.
How to unlock Battle Dungeons in Like a Dragon Ishin
As we mentioned, Battle Dungeons will become active in the fifth chapter. Then a tutorial will appear, after which you will be able to use them at will. To do so, talk to the Mission Receptionist NPC, who is located in the eastern part of Shinsengumi Barracks.. Then you simply choose the dungeon you are interested in and select Dispatch.
Battle Dungeons are also worth using to gain currency, experience and other items such as Crystal, Dragon Whisker, Phoenix Feather and Pearl.
