This page of the guide to Ghostwire: Tokyo lists all the Yokai in Tokyo. Nekomata stalls where you can buy magatamas are also marked on our map.
There are 40 magatamas available in the game in total, 4 of which being purchasable from Nekomata stalls, the remaining 36 being absorbed from the Yokai scattered throughout the city.

Nurikabe
You'll encounter 4 Nurikabe in total, during main missions and side missions:
- Chapter 3: Connection - Pillar of Light ,
- The Voice in the Wall,
- Nesting Evil,
- A Passage Beyond.
Zashiki-Warashi
You'll encounter 3 zashiki-warashi in total. You unlock them by completing the Zashiki-warashi side mission. To find them you need to enter the building they're in and offer shio senbei to them in the correct spot.
Karakasa-kozo
You'll encounter 3 Karakasa-kozo in total, and they're only unlocked after completing the Karakasa-kozo side mission. These creatures are very skittish, you must approach them from behind while staying hidden.
Kappa
During the game you'll encounter 4 Kappa in total. You first meet them during the Kappa side mission. You can summon them with cucumbers, purchasable in any regular store. After placing a cucumber in the right place you must hide and wait for the Kappa to start eating it.
Ittan-momen
During the game you'll encounter 6 Ittan-momen in total, with the first encounter happening during the Ittan-momen side mission. They can fly so it's best to start chasing them from rooftops.
Oni
You'll encounter 3 Oni in total. You first meet them during the Oni side mission. To find this yokai you must first feed a dog and let it lead you to the Oni. You'll then be attacked by Visitors - protect the dog from them. After the battle the dog will summon the yokai.
Rokurokubi
There are 3 Rokurokubi hidden in the game world, first encountered during the Rokurokubi side mission. To absorb them you must follow them through alleyways and rooftops until the yokai gets tired.
Kodama
There are 6 Kodama in the game, first encountered during the Kodama side mission. You must defend them from attacking enemies.
Kamaitachi
There are 6 Kamaitachi in the game, first encountered during the Kamaitachi side mission. They immediately start running away once you spot them. Catch up to them and absorb the magatama.
