True Storms - extreme weather conditions | Mods for Fallout 4 Fallout 4 Guide
Last update: 17 August 2017
Would you like to feel as if the mutated beasts and heartless outlaws are not the only threats waiting for you in the post-apocalyptic Boston? The True Storms mod can ensure that.
When playing Fallout 4 one might often find himself in the middle of either a storm or a blizzard, however, these phenomena lack panache. Luckily, also here the mod creators did not fail the players.
The True Storms - Wasteland Edition modification rebuilds the game's weather system. It introduces a new sound and visual effects, as well as the textures of lightning, dust, rain, and fog. From now on, both storms and blizzards are very impressive and breathtaking.
The mod introduces also entirely new phenomena - radioactive rains as well as intense blizzards and fogs. The list of novelties is not over - the weather sound effects inside the buildings have been improved, while the lightning strikes are even more unpredictable.
The author of this mod has taken care of the details - during a storm, our character along with companions receive stealth bonus. One should remain cautious, as there is a high chance of being attacked by a horde of ghouls.

This modification can be installed with Nexus Mod Manager. During the installation one can adjust certain options:
