Greeter will tell you to use the elevator to get to the tower above the entrance. There you will find a robot - director - who will want to confirm your authorization as the supervisor. If you won't use Charisma during the conversation, the quest will fail. If you will, you will be able to use what the galleria has to offer (few not interesting merchants).
