The building is occupied by a big group of gunners and you encounter them both inside and outside. The entrance is on the quay side. Inside, you find lots of valuable items, but you need to watch out for traps around the floor.

In the room locked with a novice lock, at the ground floor, you find a Stealth-Boy.

At the ground floor, there is a room where the gunner leader is. Also, you find a master safe there, which you can open using the terminal (also master-level).

At the upper level, thee is an issue of Grognak the Barbarian. Next to the comic, there is a master safe.
