Fallout 4 offers you a multitude of options of interfering with the game world, not only when it comes to modifying and upgrading your gear. You also receive the power armor, which you can adjust to your current needs. In the game world, there are places where you can play an engineer and design an entire settlement from scrap. Below, we present the build of a character Tinkerer, for whom crafting and modifying are the most important activities.
Statistics
You receive 21 points to distribute. Your character statistics should be as follows:
- Strength: 4
- Perception: 4
- Endurance: 2
- Charisma: 6
- Intelligence: 8
- Agility: 3
- Luck: 1
Recommended perks
The majority of the recommended perks revolve around creating or modifying weapons. One of the most important perks here is the Scrapper and it allows you to salvage items for valuable components. Without this perk, it is difficult to build something more advanced. Apart from the perks mentioned below, it is also a good idea to add several points to your combat-oriented skills.
