Secret Type: Text Log

Location: The collectible is in the Observation Room that you will pass by on your way to the source of the transmission in the beginning of the chapter.

Line Racks Schematics

Secret Type: Schematics

Location: The schematics are in Dr B. Warwick - CPO on level 5. The office door has level 2 security clearance, so it was not accessible during the first visit to the Medical Deck. You can easily reach the office by taking a short detour from the main path while you are on your way to the transmission source.

Line Gun

Secret Type: Weapon

Location: The pistol is in the Emergency Equipment Storage - a room adjacent to the Emergency Room. You can open it with a level 2 clearance.

Dr. Kyne's Dementia

Secret Type: Audio Log

Location: The collectible is in ER Hallway A. You've visited the corridor before, but the audio log doesn't appear until chapter 5.

Sterile Instruments

Secret Type: Audio Log

Location: The collectible is in the western part of ER Hallway B. You've visited the corridor before, but the audio log doesn't appear until chapter 5.
