How to detect valuable items and important places by using the eagle? Eagle and eagle vision in Assassin's Creed Origins
Last update: 06 November 2017
In Assassin's Creed: Origins Senu's basic "use" is the ability to scout areas and mark people and wild animals. However, the eagle can also be used in other ways such as finding valuable items and new locations.
Start scanning a given area more carefully (Senu is in hovering mode) and pay attention to bars with small arrows similar to those from the picture above. They can point you to a place that holds something important.
Point Senu towards an important item or a location. You can notice that a crosshair starts to fill up. Filling it completely allows you to discover that place (an example in the picture). Use this method to examine all locations because thanks to it you can avoid wasting too much time on exploring them as Bayek. It should also be mentioned that Senu can detect items that aren't clearly visible (e.g. inside of buildings).
Warning - If a crosshair, that appears when you scan a location with Senu, looks normal then it may mean that this location was already fully scanned.
To sum things up, Senu can help you to find, e.g.:
- Chests with loot,
- Papyruses,
- Transports with materials,
- Prisoners,
- Fort Commanders and Captains,
- Entrances to Tombs, caves and other unique locations.
