Character development in Assassin's Creed Origins Assassin's Creed Origins Guide and Walkthrough

Last update: 06 November 2017

Assassin's Creed: Origins allows you to develop your character. The skill tree is divided into three parts:

  1. Warrior - these abilities focus mostly on melee weapons and moves that are connected to them,
  2. Hunter - these abilities focus on bows and stealth attacks,
  3. Seer

You can spend your points however you want. If you focus mostly on ranged combat and you like to shoot with your bow then invest points in Hunter abilities. These skills will help you greatly. If you like to face your opponents in combat then you should invest in Warrior tree.

You can get ability points by completing main and side quests as well as collecting papyruses, clearing locations and exploring Tombs - Character development in Assassins Creed Origins - Basics - Assassins Creed Origins Guide

You can get ability points by completing main and side quests as well as collecting papyruses, clearing locations and exploring Tombs. Each mission gives you a certain amount of XP. If you want to get XP fast then you can focus on exploring Tombs. Each activated tablet gives you 1 ability point. Developing your hero by getting new skills will make the game easier. Without some of them the later parts of the game may be too hard for you to complete.

The first few ability points

The best way to spend your first few ability points is to invest them in abilities that can help you survive the initial fights.

If you want to be a warrior and you want to kill enemies with melee attacks then get Adrenaline (it allows you to perform special attacks more frequently).
