Can I play the AC The Curse of the Pharaohs DLC without having completed the basic game?

The next DLC to Assassin's Creed Origins adds new maps and missions, and more than the previous ones. This gives us the opportunity to spend even more time with the game. However, the first mission from the The Curse of the Pharaohs DLC has a suggested level of 45.

The new The Curse of the Pharaohs DLC gives the players the opportunity to boost their character to level 45. However, you must have completed the Blood Drive mission. It is the 4th story mission. Simply click the corresponding button in the menu instead of entering the game. The game will adjust your character to the DLC level. It creates a new save file without overwriting your old one.

This is a level 45 character; it gets a couple of good weapons and 35 skill points to distribute.
