Last update: 27 March 2021

The Grand Reed is an area located in the southwestern part of the map. The unique characteristic of this roughly 450 meters deep zone is the significant presence of Anchor Pods. Additionally, the area features a cave complex reaching up to 600 meters of depth.

Despite its unique looks, the biome has few resources to offer, including shale, ruby, Gel Sacks, and Uraninite crystals. The same resources can also be found in the caves. You can also find wrecks and an abandoned alien facility in the caves.

The main biome and its cave system feature different dangers. The biggest threat above ground is the Ghost Leviathan. Additionally, the area is patrolled by Warpers. Down in the caves the Crabsquids are the apex predator. A large group can be encountered near the entrance to Lost River.
