One of the important plants available in KCD 2 is belladonna. This rather rare fruit is used, among other things, for brewing a Saviour Schnapps. From this part of the guide, you will learn where you can find this valuable ingredient at an early stage of the game.
What can belladonna be used for?
The basic recipe in which belladonna is used is a Saviour Schnapps. This extremely useful potion allows for manual saving at any moment. Apart from the belladonna, you will also need nettle - a common weed that is very easy to find.

In the Trosky region, there are several places where you can find belladonna. Here are some of them:
- In our opinion, the most interesting place where belladonna grows is the Nameless Spring. You will find it next to the trail, between Zhelejov and the herbalist Bozhena's hut. Start by moving from the side of the cottage, stop at a slight curve, next to the rocks. On the left side of the road, you will find a small stream, next to which lies a basket.
Inside you will find as many as 21 pieces of belladonna and some other herbs. Such a large supply of this rare plant should last you for a while. Additionally, around the stream and on the other side of the road (next to the rocks), you will find several bushes of belladonna. It's worth picking them up.
- Another place with belladonna is a small forest grove north of the Troskowitz village.
After entering the forest from the village side, pay attention to the left side of the road. You will find overgrown ruins of a cottage there. A belladonna bush grows to the right of the entrance to the building.
A bit further, directly by the road, you will find a few more bushes. Look around the area and collect all the fruit.
There is another important point not far from Troskowitz. At the intersection, southwest of the village, you will find a small camp. Right behind the hut with the spread out bedding, you will find belladonna.
If you completely run out of belladonna supplies, you can always buy it from local pharmacists. Merchants most often sell it in dried form. A dried plant does not lose its properties, it can still be used to brew a potion, and additionally, it spoils much slower when kept in the inventory.
In Trosky region, you can buy dried belladonna from the pharmacist Emmerich in Troskowitz.
